Jul 5, 2009 · Toy Story 2 is a rare sequel that, although not planned from the start (e.g. Empire Strikes Back or Two Towers), stands equal with its predecessor. It perfectly advances the characters and story in authentic, emotionally honest ways. I could go back and forth on this all day.
