Jan 1, 2020 · I just got a new PC with Windows 10, and for some reason cannot get the Windows Mail app to sync with my Verizon / AOL email account. (Verizon email was bought by AOL some time back; email address and server settings are still Verizon though).

Jan 12, 2019 · I was at a clients today and tried to set up her verizon.net account up in both Windows 10 Mail app and Outlook on a brand new machine. Neither could get the email working. I tried both IMAP and POP, all SSL settings on and off.. seriously tried everything under the sun and nothing worked.
