Go to the Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar (old PvP gear vendors) and repeatidly click on all of the NPCs - it get's pretty funny but warning: You'll receive threats from all of them, and try not to get hexed by the troll :)
Added in patch 4.06, this vendor sells all of the PvP gear that is bind on account. You can find her with all the other PvP vendors in the Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar. A nice change from having to go to wintergrasp.
