AMP started as a diy blog, my mission was to make modern crafts that felt elevated. i spent many years creating and got very tired once i had a kid, as one does. i still love to make things, i just do it way less.
after we planted all our plants everywhere, we decided to go hard with the desert theme and we got a whole bunch of huge heavy rocks to scatter around. rocks are insanely affordable and made such a huge difference in looking finished and designed, in a good way.

we went with a quartz countertop and a 3″ backsplash which was the minimum — it is the perfect height to blend in right behind the sink.
