Blank Slate Creamery opened in 2014 in Ann Arbor as a family owned business. Our goal is to make deliciously creamy, all-natural ice cream with ingredients you recognize. We make our ice cream mix and most of our inclusions from scratch.
Blank Slate Creamery is a relatively new creamery and ice cream shop in downtown Ann Arbor. Situated on the western side of downtown, they offer many ice cream flavors in a variety of sizes. Some flavors are really unique like balsamic strawberry garden mint, Madagascar bourbon vanilla, Tahitian vanilla and more!

I visited the Blank Slate Creamery on Wednesday, 5/17/23, around 4 PM. I decided to order the Cookies & Cream milkshake. The quality of the ice cream was to die for and it made the milkshake taste so delicious! I liked the thickness of the shake, too. The staff members were very sweet and friendly.

Specialties: All-natural, deliciously creamy, small batch ice cream and non-dairies. Established in 2014. We started as a small ice cream shop downtown Ann Arbor making all-natural small batch ice cream. We added a shop in Brighton in 2020 and in 2023 opened a production facility in Ann Arbor to expand to wholesale.
