From its humble beginning in 1967 at Jalan Treacher (now known as Jalan Sultan Ismail) to having its own campus in Taman Melawati and Jalan Ampang, Malaysian Institute of Art has trained thousands of professional artists, designers and musicians for the creative industries in the country.
Malaysian Institute of Art offers full-time programmes in the following disciplines. All programmes are approved by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) and accredited by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
