Doris Egan (born 1955) is an American screenwriter, producer, and writer. She has worked on Smallville, Dark Angel, and House as well as many other television programs.
Doris Egan has only written four fiction books, three under her own name (The Ivory series) and one under the pen-name of Jane Emerson (City of Diamond). I've only read the Ivory books, but they are so delightful that I thought it was worth shining a spotlight on them here.
