Feb 25, 2022 · Update: There is a new Flawless Widescreen update that increases the animations distance so you see animations on the outer portion of your screen! And also remove the 60 FPS limit on Full Screen. Made a video to show it working in action. It also seems to have fixed the stutters for me.

Feb 24, 2022 · Thanks to the amazing Flawless widescreen, we got a fix for the game within few hours of release! Elden Ring actually supports ultrawide resolutions (21:9 and 32:9) natively, but Fromsoft decided to put black bars on top to "force" a 16:9 resolution.
