Warren Hull House is a historic home located at Lancaster in Erie County, New York. It was built about 1810 by Warren Hull, one of Erie County's earliest pioneers. It is in the Federal style and includes the family burial plot in the rear of the property.
The Hull House is the oldest fully restored stone dwelling in Erie County, New York. Built c.1810 by Warren Hull for his wife, Polly, and their children. The federal style dwelling was built into a hill so that, from the street, two stories are apparent.

Jul 2, 2019 · Anyone who’s taken a drive down Genesee Street in Lancaster has passed by the old white stone house. They might’ve wondered about it and the story behind it. "This is the oldest surviving stone house in Erie County," said Gary Costello, president of the Hull House Foundation.

Hull House Foundation is the all-volunteer non-profit organization formed in 2006 to research, restore and operate the Hull Family Home & Farmstead site as a Living History interpretive experience on the lives of the Hull Family, representative of the earliest settlers of the Western New York region.
The Warren Hull House is a National Register listed property significant under two National Register criteria: architecture and settlement. Architecturally it is a rare surviving Federal style stone structure, retaining a great deal of its original features and woodwork.
