Not only does Oahu boast beautiful beaches and countless outdoor activities, but it is home to the only ice rink in Hawaii! On September 28, 1982, the doors opened to Hawaii's only full service ice skating rink locally known as “Ice Palace”.
Dress appropriately! The rink is very cold, especially on the ice. No outside food or drinks - this includes bottled water and hydroflasks All guests must wear skates when on the ice. Jumps and spins are not allowed during Public Sessions. Skate at your own risk. More Rink Rules HERE.

While all the tourists are on the beach, head to Hawaii’s only ice arena for open skating — it’s a party — seriously. It cost $18 to get in, but that also includes skate rental. Lots of skaters of all ages on the ice. There’s music, and a mix of regular lighting and “moonlight” (think disco ball) lighting.

Ice Palace, the only ice skating rink in the state. I've been coming here since it opened when I was in the fourth grade. It's changed a lot and has stayed the same in a lot of ways.
