Courses at John Jay College are developed and delivered using the Blackboard learning management system. You may log in to Blackboard using your CUNY Portal account, or directly on the Blackboard login page.

John Jay College transitioned to the Brightspace LMS at the start of the Summer 2024 semester. The Blackboard LMS is will be available until the end of 2025 for the fulfillment of incompletes, the completion of mandated compliance training, and archival use.
Through John Jay Online, students connect to the administrative departments of John Jay College: Admissions, Registrar, Blackboard, Bursar and financial aid, and are guided through student processes, such as registration, orientation, drop/add, defer, graduation etc.
