The Hon. Joseph P. Farina (Ret.) is a senior judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in Miami-Dade County. Farina was appointed to the bench by former Governor Bob Graham on September 1, 1981. He retired on August 31, 2012, and joined JAMS as a private mediator and arbitrator.
