Philip Johnston (born October 26, 1971) is an American filmmaker and voice actor, best known as one of the writers for the Walt Disney Animation Studios films Wreck-It Ralph (2012), Zootopia (2016) and Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018), the latter of which he directed alongside Rich Moore.

Philip William "Phil" Johnston is an American writer and producer, who, for Disney, is known for his work on Wreck-It Ralph and Zootopia. He is the voice actor for Surge Protector in the former feature film and for Gideon Grey in the latter feature film. He also wrote and produced the film The Brothers Grimsby .
