Apr 28, 2023 · Raptor Lake takes the best of Intel 7 efficiency and refines it, adding a newly designed x86 hybrid architecture. If we translate this into performance, the new 13th Gen will be able to achieve a P-core boost clock rate of up to 5.8 GHz (with rumors of being able to even get to 6.0 GHz) and an E-core boost clock rate of up to 4.3 GHz.
