The city is required to inventory of all water service lines by October 16, 2024 and then submit a replacement plan for lines identified as lead. We are currently only 48% complete on our city wide inventory. At this time, 9% of service lines have been confirmed as lead. The cost estimate of replacement is between $1,200 and $12,000.
