SEASON 7 SPOILERS. Personally, I felt it was a big letdown. Starting off with Effy's episodes, it didn't address how she coped with Freddie's death at all. I also found the fraud storyline poor and not very Skins-like although interesting how Effy's skills transferred to Trading. Then the obvious unnecessary death of Naomi.
Mar 26, 2017 · The story may not be over the top like “Fire” and may not seem like a run-of-the-mill Skins episode like “Pure,” but the title “Rise” surely does make you feel like they are raising the quality of Skins past anything we could expect.
My only thought after seeing the end of Skins Fire was this one sentence. (SPOILERS FOR SKINS FIRE) If the next two parts to season 7 end as open ended as that I'm going to be fucking pissed off.
Background. On 8 March 2012, Channel 4 confirmed that Skins would come to an end after a seventh series of six episodes, which would feature characters from the first and second generations. The third generation would not be involved in the seventh series.
