Feb 11, 2016 · Published 11 February 2016. Well-known Bentley specialist Stanley Mann has died. Mann, a dealer in and restorer of vintage Bentley, passed away after a fall at his workshop on 4 February, 2016. Mann acquired his first Bentley more than 45 years ago.

Feb 11, 2016 · In 1988, Stanley decided to begin a run of record-breaking attempts. Driving the newly restored Old Mother Gun, a 6.5-litre Bentley single-seater originally raced at Brooklands, he took the UK 100 mile and 500 mile records, before a cracked fuel tank stopped further progress.
