Tara Wallace is a main cast member on seasons four through six of Love & Hip Hop: New York. The mother of three of Peter Gunz' sons.
Her storyline revolves around trying to leave Peter, and deal with his other relationship with Amina. Eventually Tara ends up pregnant with her third child by Gunz to the horror of his wife Amina. Amina becomes pregnant shortly after resulting in dueling pregnancies with the two women. Tara is eventually phased out, cause everyone was over that stale storyline. She acts as a voice of reason when Cisco and Peter feud with each other.
Tara Wallace is an actress and etiquette coach, originally from Jayess, Mississippi. She came into the public eye for her relationship with rapper Peter Gunz, who she began dating in 2000, and is the mother of his sons, Jamison Pankey, born October 14, 2008, and Kaz Pankey, born January 6, 2012.
Tara joins the cast of Love & Hip Hop: New York with Peter in season four. During the season, it is revealed that Peter has married another woman, Amina, behind her back, leading to a violent showdown between the two women. The dramatic storyline, reminiscent of the love triangle featured on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, garnered the highest ratings of the show so far. In season five, Peter continues to go back and forth between Tara and Amina, leading to a controversial period in season six in which the two women are pregnant at the same time. On February 13, 2016, Tara gave birth to her third son with Peter, Gunner Ethan Pankey.
Tara and Amina were phased out of the show during season seven, returning only as supporting cast members. She appears briefly in an uncredited cameo in season eight, where she is seen attending Rich's diabetes awareness event.
