Golden lion tamarins are small monkeys, weighing 17 to 24 ounces (482 to 680 grams) and measuring 6 to 10 inches (15 to 25 centimeters) in length with a tail of about 12 to 15 inches (32 to 40 centimeters). Males and females are similar in appearance and size. Native Habitat.
