Tom Powers was appointed Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for Dallas in October 1996 and Interim Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for Fort Worth in 2013. He received his B.S. in mathematics in 1972 from Texas Tech University and his J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law in 1975.
