Mar 8, 2023 · APPLICATIONS. All forms for UPCAT shall be submitted online (except for certain regional areas). Applicants shall electronically accomplish Form 1 (Personal Data Sheet) in March 2023 and Form 2B (High School Record) in September 2023, and upload their photo and electronic signature.
UP applications open on 2 April of the year preceding the year of study. Each prospective student must complete only one online application. On the online application the University of Pretoria offers a first and second choice in terms of what you wish to study.

How it Works. Once you have made an initial enquiry and it has been established by the UPOnline Call Centre that you are an eligible student, you will receive communication from the University of Pretoria.
