Where Danger Lives is a 1950 American film noir thriller directed by John Farrow and starring Robert Mitchum, Faith Domergue and Claude Rains . Plot. Dr. Jeff Cameron treats a mentally disturbed attempted suicide victim. She signs herself out of the hospital, but sends a telegram inviting him to meet her.

Instead of an ordinary insurance salesman, mechanic or detective, Jeff Cameron (Mitchum) is a gifted surgeon, and his temptress, Margo Lannington (Faith Domergue), is not merely diabolical but certifiably, medically insane.
