  4. Mar 1, 2024 · I don't think I've ever seen a reference to Highway 99 as an east-west highway. I feel its much more scenic southbound from Whistler towards Vancouver.You get the Tantalus Range erupting in front of you and you are looking over Howe Sound as you approach Horseshoe Bay.
