May 25, 2011 · I have a white Hooligan 3. It's a cool bike for urban riding. It's small enough that it's not noticeable when I ride it to work. Compared to my Dahon folding bike, it's more stable and accelerates faster. I like the simplicity of the 3 speed internal geared rear hub. It's not light at 25lbs but it's a looker.
Jun 6, 2012 · Hi I just purchased a used Cannondale Hooligan 9 with 200 miles on it, it's a sweet bike and I have included a picture of it. However it comes with what I believe to be a 10-15º rise. I am wondering if there are any online websites that I can purchase the same cannondale C3 stem at 80-90mm 35-45º rise?

The Hooligan is rare, with its compact frame, Nexus 3-speed hub, and 20" wheels; the combination makes for a capable and nimble handling urban bike.

Jan 19, 2008 · The "Hooligan 1" is part of the Urban Series from Cannondale. It looks like a BMX for adults to me. I already checked the price. It's 850 Euro for the Hooligan 1 and there is also a cheaper version "Hooligan 2" for 600 Euro. It would be good to know how long the seatpost is and if you can mount fenders on it.
