Mask is the true story of Rocky Dennis (Eric Stoltz), who was born with craniodiaphyseal dyaplasia which causes calcium deposits on his skull to engorge and force his facial tissue to be out of shape. His mother Rusty (Cher, fiery), a drug addict and wild groupie with bikers, was told by doctors that her son wouldn’t live past age 6.
