Joan Elizabeth Rees-Williams, The Honourable Mrs Aitken (born 1 May 1936), is a Welsh socialite. She appeared on the British television series Question Time in 1979, and in the documentaries Biography (1987) and 50 Films to See Before You Die (2006).
Elizabeth Rees was born on 1 May 1936 in Cardiff, Wales, UK. She was an actress, known for Dawn (1991), BBC2 Playhouse (1973) and Graham's Gang (1977). She was married to Jonathan Aitken, Peter Aitken, Rex Harrison and Richard Harris. She died on 15 April 2022 in London.
