Ronald Dee White (born December 18, 1956) is an American stand-up comedian, actor and author, best known as a charter member of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour. Nicknamed " Tater Salad ", he is the author of the book I Had the Right to Remain Silent But I Didn't Have the Ability , which appeared on the New York Times Best Seller list.

Ron White was born on 18 December 1956 in Fritch, Texas, USA. He is an actor and producer, known for Horrible Bosses (2011), Sex and the City 2 (2010) and Blue Collar Comedy Tour: The Movie (2003). He has been married to Margo Rey since 13 October 2013.
Ron rose to fame as the cigar-smoking, scotch-drinking funnyman from the Blue Collar Comedy Tour phenomenon, but since 2004 has established himself as a star in his own right. Over the past nine years he has been one of the top three grossing stand-up comedians on tour in America.
