Caitlin Amanda Bassett (born 16 March 1990) is an American actress and US Army veteran. Best known for her work as a lead on NBC’s Quantum Leap , Bassett is the first American female combat veteran to work as an actress in Hollywood.
It takes place in 2022: 30 years after the season five finale where the show left off. The series stars Raymond Lee as the new lead character Dr. Ben Song, along with Caitlin Bassett, Mason Alexander Park, Nanrisa Lee, and Ernie Hudson. Quantum Leap premiered on September 19, 2022.
