For its time, "Venus on the Hard Drive" was pretty amazing...of course, by today's standards it's a bit primitive. Shortly after the story begins, Harry is playing a video game and finds a secret level. There, he meets a virtual woman, Venus, and, oddly, she knows just about everything about him--at least stuff that can be found on his computer.
Venus on the Hard Drive was a comedy produced by a British television network in 1998. The television show focused on the relationship, and possible romance, between Harry (Andy Comeau) and the online game avatar who he calls Venus (Gina Mari).
