S1.E1 ∙ Pilot. Abby O'Brien, a high-powered career woman, divorcee, and mother to twin daughters, takes a trip from New York City to her hometown of Chesapeake Shores when she receives a panicked phone call from her younger sister Jess, who has renovated the charming Inn at Eagle Point.
Chesapeake Shores is filmed on Vancouver Island's Qualicum Beach and its neighboring town of Parksville, British Columbia. The first season was filmed there from May through July 2016. In addition to playing the character Trace, Jesse Metcalfe performs some of the songs used in the series' episodes.
Chesapeake Shores: Created by John Tinker, Nancey Silvers. With Meghan Ory, Barbara Niven, Laci J Mailey, Emilie Ullerup. A young woman returns to her hometown to help save her sister's failing inn, where she contends with memories and faces from her past.
