The theme song for the Little Einsteins plays at the beginning of every episode. It is sung by the Little Einsteins (Leo, Annie, June, and Quincy).
The season 2 version of the theme song has the following changes:
•Annie's clothes change color, to reflect the color change of her clothes for the second season.
•Most of the landmarks change.
•The Little Einsteins clap twice before "Little Einsteins" is sung, with the exception of June singing it solo and all of them singing it at the end of the song.
•While traveling one in the navajo maze From Season 1, the Little Einsteins look at the viewers and clap twice.
•In the beginning, the Little Einsteins arrive in the boxes (green for Leo, purple for Annie, yellow for June, and blue for Quincy) more quickly.
