Nov 12, 2013 · There were 60 & 72 decks for the 855 (and maybe a 50"?). I have a 72. I assume you mean mid-mount. I believe you may be looking for M060HDA, however you'll also need the mounting pieces as well as correct PTO shaft. I'd watch CL as well as eBay if you aren't already.
Sep 14, 2012 · I have a 72 inch cut mower deck attached to my 855 tractor. I've notice that I have a idler sheave on the deck that I can rock up & down by hand in a vertical motion. So far it's not having any affect or wear on the mower belt & I can't detect any noise either.
I have an 855 with a 72" belly mount mower that I have used for 13 years, and after rebuilding it a few times, I think I can tell you all you need to know. I'll start with the basics, then you come back with what you know, what you have, and what you think you need.
