In late 2017, after sexual assault allegations against Brett Ratner surfaced, Warner Bros. cut ties with RatPac, which shut down sometime in 2018; RatPac's operations were then folded into Access Entertainment. Ratner remained as the CEO and co-owner of RatPac until the company's folding.
