Good and Bad. Customer Service Advocate (Current Employee) - Sanger, TX - January 31, 2023. Everyone at Cigna is nice. Training is fun. It’s my opinion that being a dental customer is extremely stressful. Customers call with a question and in order to find the answer you may have to use 3 different systems.
