To allow emulating keypresses where modifier keys are held down, NVDA provides commands to toggle the control, alt, shift, windows, and NVDA keys, along with commands for some combinations of those keys. To use these toggles, first press the command (or sequence of commands) for the modifier keys you want pressed.
