SOUL Modes

Finally, Sans starts yeeting you around the box. This can't kill you, but it can leave you on 1 HP - it won't matter anyway. When he stops, skip through (or read) all the dialogue points, stay still, and wait until he falls asleep. Sans will laugh, which will be par for how he is throughout the game, depending on your choices. The important part of this encounter is you learn Sans does not care about actually capturing anyone.

He is a supporting character in the Pacifist and Neutral Routes (well, some of them, anyways) and a heroic antagonist in the Genocide Route.
