1. From Tel Aviv: Use Highway 20 (Ayalon) to connect to Highway 1 towards Ben Gurion Airport and Jerusalem. Just past the airport, exit to Highway 6 South (Darom) and travel about 40 minutes to Highway 40 south, which takes you straight to Be'er Sheva. Travel time approximately 1 1/2 hrs. 2.
