The Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor has been owned by SV Darmstadt 98 again since the end of 2017. The operation and renovation – previously in the hands of the Science City of Darmstadt – is being carried out by the wholly owned subsidiary, SV Darmstadt 98 Stadion GmbH.

Das Merck-Stadion am Böllenfalltor ist seit Ende 2017 wieder im Eigentum des SV Darmstadt 98. Der Betrieb und Umbau – zuvor in Händen der Wissenschaftsstadt Darmstadt- wird über die 100-prozentige Tochtergesellschaft, die SV Darmstadt 98 Stadion GmbH, umgesetzt.
