Jan 9, 2024 · Still in Early Access on Steam, Baldur’s Gate 3 is already shaping up to be one of the best titles for character customization. Currently, there’s no way to sculpt faces, though an assortment of male and female presets along with a large pool of hairstyles, makeup, and tattoos provide a good enough foundation.
