The land, which is located near the intersection of Lacy Road and Seminole Highway just west of the Badger State Trail, was formerly part of a family farm.

At the Tuesday, Nov. 23, Common Council meeting, alders unanimously approved the college’s request to amend the Urban Service Area to extend south of Lacy Road so it can develop 40 acres of farmland into an athletic and outdoor learning complex.
