Duda led the Pioneers to a record-breaking 24-4 season in 1999-2000 and was recognized as MAC Coach of the Year. A 1988 graduate of Spring Garden College, where he was a two-time honorable mention All-American, Duda began his coaching career as the top assistant to Herb Magee at Philadelphia University.
