Getting error message "Missing or failed printhead" also "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed. When I took the printhead out it had ink on the bottom which I cleaned off using bottled water on a paper towel.
Missing: No printhead is detected in the slot. Replace: The printhead has been identified as faulty. It should be replaced by a new or working printhead. Reseat: The printhead has been identified as faulty, but removing and reinserting it may perhaps solve the problem. Remove: The printhead needs to be removed.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) I keep getting this error on my printer "printer head missing or failed". I have taken the printheads out and reinstalled them. I can't do much else because of this error, like clean them or alighn them. Had anyone had this error?
