If you equip a slayer staff without the runes to cast crumble undead, it resets your autocast spell and you have to set it again. This happens to me on occasion and I've died because of it. Best I can recommend is check your autocast settings before waking up Vorkath lol

Just have a staff that has the ability to autocast crumble undead like a slayer staff and swap to that when you need to cast., if that isnt enough try bringing gloves swaps like you said, but yeah you need above -65 to hit, but it always hits as long as youre above -65. 5.
