The five core Shinkengers have at least five battle modes. Mega mode was never created. The five core Samurai Rangers have more than six battle modes, including mega mode and in which is used for Zord battles, as well as the sixth ranger.
The only things Samurai did better than Shinkenger were the Deker x Dayu plot and the 6th Ranger (Genta was subpar). Everything else in Samurai is much worse than Shinkenger, especially the acting and character writing.
It's definitely one I would recommend as a first Super Sentai series for people to watch. That being said, Power Rangers Samurai was often very similar to Shinkenger story-wise, with the main plots of episodes sometimes being heavily inspired by the Japanese original.

As sentai fans i wondering should i stop loving samurai because shinkenger are much better than samurai or not. from what i know, samurai is considered bad PR season because samurai is just copycat of shinkenger but with terrible dialog,acting,& story.
