I forgot which episode it said this in, but in one episode it said he was allergic to tomatoes, but Monk is enjoying tomatoes in Me Monk on wheels. In Mr. Monk and the Wrong Man, Natalie says there is no such thing as voodoo, but they make an episode in season 8 about her belief of voodoo.

I have been watching this show for nth time and I just realized I don't get the post marking part of the voodoo curse episode. I always thought I understood the plot, but today I noticed the Captain saying that the box was post marked in NobHill on Tuesday.
