    • Pending the approval of the General Appropriation Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and forty-seven, the sums equal to the various items of appropriations on the yearly basis authorized in Commonwealth Act Numbered Seven hundred and twenty-three, as herein amended, are hereby appropriated from any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the operation of the Government of the Commonwealth of the Philippines beginning July first, nineteen hundred and forty-six.
