The Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and inerrant word of God and is the basis for any statement of faith. The church subscribes to the doctrinal statement of "The Baptist Faith and Message" as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 2000. We band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus.
Since the Holy Bible does speak to the nature of human beings, their gender and sexuality, it is imperative that we correctly understand and articulate what the Bible teaches concerning these matters. We are committed to the biblical standard of personal holiness in the lives of the individual, the home, and family as set forth in Holy Scripture.
