Typically the “Adventures” combine two episodes into one film, cutting out the old Indiana Jones segments that bookend the episodes and adding bridging scenes to make it one cohesive story. Four unaired episode and some TV movies were included and renamed.
The main difference between versions of Young Indy, IIRC, is the deletion of the Old Indy bookend scenes and the restructuring of episode order and combining separate episodes into an hour-long episode.
