The Keystone has a set humidity range of 35% to 85%. In other words, you can set it to between 35% and 85% (in 5% increments) and it will lower room humidity to match that setting. Note that here you’re setting a desired humidity level manually.

The humidity level can be set within a range of 35%RH (Relative Humidity) to 85%RH (Relative Humidity) in 5% increments. For drier air, press the pad and set to a lower percent value (%). For damper air, press the pad and set a higher percent value (%). TIMER Set Control Pads.
Water removal: Water removal measures pints per day removed under 65º F and 60 percent relative humidity (the new 2019 DOE standard). Models closest to claimed removal scored higher.

The KSTAD70B has a standard operating temperature range of 41° to 95° Fahrenheit. Most of the dehumidifiers we tested operate in a similar range.
