Synopsis. Sunita (Jiah Khan), a medical student, is investigating the amnesia case of Sanjay Singhania (Aamir Khan), the chairman of Air Voice, a telecommunications company. She does so against her professor Dr. Debkumar Mitra's (Anjum Rajabali) wishes, in spite of Sanjay being under criminal investigation.
